weird dude...
AGP 8X is just a selling tactic right now. There really isnt a need for anything faster than 4X yet, as the cards arent even utilizing that much speed yet. The next big step from what I have been reading is going to be a new slot/socket for a faster feed to the cpu.

The GF4MX is still only a directX 7 card . I don't advise anyone to get them unless they have no choice .
Better alternatives exist in the Radeon 8500 LE or 9000 or 9000 pro . You may also be able to get a GF3 ti200 for around the same price as a higher end MX .

G4 MX paired with a budget SDram system doesnt even tax AGP2X really...sometimes companies **** me off with their gimmicks
