Ok, my dad has a Dell pc that came with ME installed but he didn't like it, so I decided to format and put 98SE in there. I reinstalled everything including all the mobo drivers. Then when I go to install the Turtle Beach software/drivers and go to restart, it hangs up on the "Windows is shutting down" screen. Also when it starts up, it stays on this DOS screen that says the path and file name for program called "tbcdos.exe" for a while then it finally starts up. I'm not sure what the problem is.
