WBK38 and peltier

I just ordered the WBK38 and I was wondering if it could handle a peltier and if so what would you suggest.

Just to mention I think im going to make a duct system to get fresh air right ontop of the WBK38, probably and air tight duct so it can only draw fresh air from outside the case.

Only if it's a weak tec (< 80W or so) and then fairly poorly.

80 watt on an Intel yes. No way on a Duron or Athlon.
