Need help in cooling T-bird 1GHZ System Please!

I have a AMD 1GHZ 266 T-bird on an Abit KT7A. I am using a Socket A/370 Bonded Fin CPU Fan with Copper Base made from startech. Here are the specs:

I had to take a fan off a case fan and have it blowing at the CPU just to cool it down more. Without the case fan, I was getting 115F +, but with the case fan, I was getting around 100F +. Which is 50C and rising...I would like to make this go lower. Any suggestions? I am not looking for any water stuff, or anything fancy. A HSF that does cool it down more is what I am looking for. I would like to get this to mid 70F to 80F if possible. My case heat is about 75-80F.

For keeping the heatsink that you have you could try getting a Delta 38 (bloody loud buggers) or possibly an 80mm fan w/ an adapter to fit you heatsink.

For getting a new hsf you could go with a GlobalWin FOP 32-1, FOP38 (has the bloody loud fan), WBK38(bloody loud), CAK(not sure number, probably 38 meaning loud), Alphas are highly recommended, and, of course, the Swiftech 420A (big, expensive, loud)
