right now i have a p3 700mhz coppermine and i was wondering if this would be compatible its a celeron but its says... well ill just let you see it

Intel Celeron (Pentium III based) 1.1AGHz 256K On-Die Cache FCPGA2
Specifications:
CPU: 1.1GHz
Type: Celeron
Cache: 256K
BUS: 100MHz

or would I be better off with a regular p3 im not going to overclock whatever i get

Well we need to know what the motherboard is. That celeron is based on the Tualatin processors. So if your board can support those, you should be ok. If not then you will put too much volts into the chip.

BTW, Pricewatch.com lists the celeron 1.2Ghz at $1 more if you want it and your board can support it.

They sell Slot-1 (http://www.powerleap.com/Products/iP3T.htm) and socket (http://www.powerleap.com/Products/370T.htm) at Powerleap. Just check the compatibility list to make sure it will work.
