i am using amd thunderbird 1.33ghz.the clock ratio is 133*10.if i want to overclock to around 1.4ghz-1.45ghz,what ratio clock is the best?coz i dun know increase which one is better.mobo is MSI K7T Turbo2,KT 133A chipset,512 sdram kingston,Nvidia Gforce2 MX400 64mb.temperature on idle is 54c

You shouldn't overclock with that high temp, before you do any overclocking you should worry about getting that temp down, I know I'm running at high temps but I'm running stock speed. I wouldn't recommend overclocking unless you lower the temp to at least 45C FULL LOAD w/ Prime95 (not idle).
When you do, ofcourse upping the FSB is better because you get better overall performance. but if you're limited by the RAM, your CPU should be unlocked, so you can change the multipliers too (CPU Ratio). just up it as high as it will run stable. if you can pass 24hours of Prime95 at the selected speed, then you are stable.
But as I said worry about the temps first, and speed later
