I just opened up my slk-800 and on the bottom theres this little sticker thing that you need to pull off before you use it. Well i pull it off and it left a bunch of sticky stuff on the HS!!!!! What can I use to clean it up? Will goo be gone be harmful to the cpu. Or if I lap the HS with this goo on will that take it off? Thanks!

Lint-Free cloth, it looks like a rag kinda. You can also use a soft undershirt. Make sure it is WHITE and SOFT(LINT FREE)

I would guess that "goo" is meant to be left on. It is probably some sort of Thermal Interface Material meant to provide a better thermal connection between the CPU and heatsink. Unless you are going to replace that goo with your own goo, I think it would be best to leave it there.
