How do these install? And still allow them to be illuminated?
P.S. Assume I just want an inline switch on the positive wire of a fan.

I have been looking for blue illuminated rocker switches since I added my blue CCD's, if anyone has a link where I can get some PLEASE post ASAP!

There ya go, very reputable company too.
I have used these before, 2 of the lead are the same as a normal switch and the third is simply a ground for the light. depending on which pole you put the + current through you can either make the light stay on all the time or on when the switch is on.

What should I hook the ground up to? Just any black wire on the PSU?
