Alpha Pal6035 or TaiSol 760092, is one better?

I'm going to build my first box and have narrowed to these 2 heatsinks, is there any real difference? Thanks,

With all due respect to the 6035, I'd get the Taisol, but throw away the stock fan. It does not utilize the heatsinks capacity. If you have the option to get the Taisol, with different fan configurations, get the biggest, baddest fan you can.
