Is this a good cooler with the standard fan or should a change to Y.S. TECH 27CFM 36dB or 60 DELTA 38CFM 47dB but I dont wont a noisy system.

its a good cooler, and if you want quiet, then you have to go with the ys tech fan for sound/performance.

I tested a hollow core version of it using the YS-Tech fan and it did a very respectable job for the price. Running a 1G/266 Tbird at 10x140 1.75Vcore, it held the temp at 40C running Prime95 Torture.
