is my power supplie holding me back

i have a cheap power supplie and right know running at stock my 5 volt is 4.85, i know thats low. right know i can overclock to about 147 fsb and it's not 100 stable. temps are good. stock i'm around 34. so do you think i can get a better overclock with a better psu that has a strong 5volt.

I personaly would get a new one. you dont need much unless you are running alot of light mods and even then, you could use the old one to power that stuff. I have a similar o/c and my +5v stays well over 5v. I only have a 300w psu. should only run you around maybe $50us for a decent one.
