motherboard temps way off.

i was told by a very computer literite friend that my motherboard bois cpu temp is way off from my really cpu temp. are bois that far off. would a really temp prob be better. my bois says at adle my cpu is 35 and my system is 32.

Well that depends on if your mobo reads the on die sensor in the core of the CPU. If it does, your temps are as accurate as they will ever be, if it reads the insocket thermistor in the ziff socket, they are not at all accurate and your "very computer literate friend" would be correct. BTW, if he is SO computer literate, he should already KNOW this. What mobo do you use?
