Whats the fps command in UT3 ???

I just got the game and would like to see what my system is getting thanks .

press ~ to go into the console
then type stat fps

ok another problem how come when i click on the desktop icon to play the game it acts like its goin in but it just goes right back to the desktop but the game is still running i try to click on the tab on the bottom it goes into the game then back on the desktop

I have experienced this too. Does UT try to connect to the internet? Mine sometimes does that and UT 2003 ends up on the startbar. I can click on it and it does come back after a while (fullscreen).
Suggestion for you , have you tried ATL and TAB to "select" the application? Or ALT and Enter TO Maximize it?
These might be the first things you have tried but sometimes it can be dead simple.Sorry if these suggestions dont work but I responded to your question as you seem to be having problems with it (Radeon) and I noticed that you are looking for answers.
