Delta 7k - 12v to 7v

i know i saw a post, if not a few, on how to do this (i really need to quiet this sucker down). i cant remember which ones they were though. can any one tell me how or link me to a page with adequate directions?

To be honest, the whole point of the Delta is its high air flow for keeping your CPU cool. You'd be better off selling the Delta and getting a quieter fan.
