new mobo won't power up

I just installed a new gigabyte ga-7vaxp but when i go to power it on, everything powers up for about 3 seconds than it shuts down. I have tried reseating everything and pulling every PCI card but no change. :(

PSU will automatically shut down if something got short, check it out. Also I suggest you strip your comp to barebones: Mobo, CPU, RAM, Video, PSU and start from there
