im currently waiting for my P4 2.8GHz to come in, and im also talking to someone about obtaining a 3GHZ HT ES cpu. im a bit iffy though....the last 2.5 ES chip didnt OC too great....it felt like a shrinked BO stepping but it was a C1. i could only get it prime stable at 2.65 with 1.65 vcore. i had it running 16X166fsb. i think better cooling would have resulted in a much better OC since the CPU did 2800 default voltage but not prime stable. im still unsure....but after i checked the ES chip to see if the prototype might have HT, i found out it didnt so i sold it. another thing is that asus said that u have to enable HT b4 u put in the HT cpu on the p4b533-e. i really hope it didnt have HT otherwise BAH! anyways....im gonna see how the 2.8GHz cpu OCs and will probably sell that so i can save some money for the HT CPU's....if it Ocs really well i might get someone to buy it for more??? well, i really hope i can get this 3GHz ES chip so i can run my memory real fast....ill let u guys kno how it goes. probably the weekend.

Wow you only got your 2.50 C1 to 2.65 stable!! Thats a nightmare, seems like the early ES chips arent the best Ocers, my 1.8A ES only gets to 2.4ghz stable but thats an OK % OC.
I reckon the 2.8ES wont go too high, maybe 3.1 or 3.2ghz. I dont know about the 3.06HT though, it may be on the limit or it may go further, who knows!
Let us know how you get on, Im currently trying to get my contact to swap my 1.8A ES for a faster one, but he says samples are short in the UK - 7x 3.06s in the UK just now and they're all spoken for:-(
