OH MY GOD!!!

this one is even better than the previous one, i swear this game is the BEST, bought it today along with hitman2 and battlefield 1942, and all day i spend playing it, its so addictive and funny that you just can't leave it

Levels are big and gameplay is nothing but fun and awesome

i give this game a rating of 15/10 :D :D :D

btw T2O which stage you are on? i am in the second stage, i have planted the bomb at bridge, found the cabin and destroyed the power station now i am at the radio station and have to plan the explosives there

btw folks this game perhaps have the best opening sequence you have seen till now :)

if you havent played NOLF-1 i suggest your play it and have a BLAST and than go for NOLF2, not that straight away going to NOLF2 would be any problem, but once ya play NOLF1 and ya know the story and the chracters you will have even more fun and some of the jokes they have in the sequel can only be understood if one have played the first part

In case you don't know NOLF-1 got game of the year from gamespot.com among top awards from many different gaming magazines and websites on the web its worth checking :)

yeah the game kicks some ass hehe, its fun to just stand and listen to those funny conversations, the first round the ninja talks were really funny haha! :D

Yeah the Ninja's were holarious lol.

To take a screenshot just press "PrntScrn" button, its right next to F12. Then go to any graphics program like the incredible MS Paint, and click paste (ctr-v).


Also the game has a very good AI. If you made a sound inside a building or something, and the guards heard you, they would sneak up to the door, and knock it out. I was amazed when they did it, while I was hiding right behind the door.

My only problem with the game, is that its too easy on "normal". They should have kept the priveous system, where you cant heal in a mission, only get armor. More realistic, and fun :D

i noticed the following things

1. If you turn off the lights they come in and turn it on

2. If they don't turn the lights on they turn on the flash lights on their weapon

3. They follow the footprints in the snow often to find those hidden bodies and raise an alarm

4. If you hide they actually take some time to give up and often even after they give up they are more cautious and alert than before

the more i play this game the more i love it :D

Nice engine too, bodies roll down the stairs, dont defy gravity (this is a major sellin point of upcoming Doom3 lol...)
Also with everything maxed out eye candy is incredible on my GF4

I think Monolith pulled it off, its definately the best FPS of the year.

I thought about stealing saves from someone else, but I liked my maxed out stealth, weapons, and marksmanship- there's nothing better than taking out everyone on the level without being seen. I'm sure I could find a few more intelligence items, too. :D

NOLF 1 is being played on my system right now(came w/ MSI card).
I thought the game would be dated but I was surprized that it still looked good. That engine was reallly good..did it not power the A Vs P 2 game?
My question is this..I wanna buy either UT2003 or NOLF2 this friday.

I want UT2003 because of the new graphics engine and eye candy. My GF4 needs a challenge.

I also want NOLF2 for it's fun game play but I am really into the advanced features of UT2003..How does NOLF2 look....is it as satisfying to look at as UT2003....will my GF4 break a sweat?

The demos looked nice and I was able to play at high settings.(1280x1024) 2xAA turned on etc.

The graphics are good, but not nearly as good as UT2k3. My GF3 Ti500 doesn't even break a sweat at 1152x864 (the max res for my POS monitor) with all the details turned up all the way. By the time I can get UT2k3 to run that smoothly, I have to dumb down the settings to the point where it looks worse than NOLF2 (IMO).

NOLF2 has actually very good graffics, I dont know what you mean by not nearly as good. I have both games, and UT2k looks only better, because most colors are very exotic, but NOLF is more realistic.

Also, when you are playing NOLF for some reason when you select high detail, from the starting screen, if you go to the options, the detail is not maxed out, you can still increase textures and other stuff.

Here are examples, judge for yourself (UT is @ 1280x1020, NOLF is @ 1280x960)
It looks pixelated now, but squish it down to a monitor size, and they look incredible.

man the game gets better and better every stage :D

India was fun (but at the same time frustrating)

i couldnt find the secret movie place i have huntch that those light bulbs have something to do with it anyways

right now i am on chapter 8 (or is it 9) where super soldier comes, am i just imagining things or the game have pulled leg of some of the major games for instance they have made fun of hitman (the assassain in india) and they have made fun of RTCW (the super soldier in ICE STATION level)

That part was frustrating for me... there's a pipe you can climb up in one of the rooms. As for the film vault in the theater, one of the chairs acts as a switch.

15 chapters in all took me 2 days to finish at normal difficulty level
