I need to buy a H/F combo for a slot 1 P3.
I see the 750 E chips are under $100 bucks .

if you're looking to OC that puppy, I'd get a 700 not a 750. People round these parts sed it's the best in the OC department.

there is an incredible alpha cooler for the slot 1 P3. The pep66 is essentially one half of the cooler. That would be my choice.

The Alpha P3125 is one if not the best Slot 1 (SECC2) air cooler. The Global Win VOS32 is about $10-15 cheaper than the Alpha P3125 and is extremely close to if not the same in performance. I personally would go with the VOS32 because of the price/performance you get out of it. With the Alpha if you have the extra $10-15 bucks go for it if you want top of the line and quality. Be sure you have the space on you mobo because these are some massive coolers and might block a dimm or two.
