finished a p180 and got bad checksum. the checksum was the same as the one it was looking for. started over. why???

No idea. But if it continues, stop the client and delete the work directory (folder). I've heard of some bad WU's going around and I had one protien that kept giving me errors on my home rig.
Once I deleted the work file, all was well.

I had that happen on my K6-2-450 on win 95c, the first two WU it did, got to 99% then screwed up. I installed the console client instead, because the gui one was behaving oddly anyway, and haven't had a problem since.
