Downloaded the newest (I think) Prime95 and I'd like to know whats the correct "O'cers approved" method of running it?
Should I run the "Torture Test" or "PrimeNet", and how long is long-enough? Thnx

run the torture test.
run it for as long as you like, or until it crashes.

Just run the torture test.
I usually shut down any back ground running apps first. You will no doubt hear many different opinions about how long 'prime stable' is, anywhere from 8 hours to 24. I use the 24 hour theory just to make extra sure everything's rock stable.
Prime95 is terrific at finding weaknesses in an overclocked system.
Good Luck-
