Possible to set multiplier in PII 266MHz laptop?

If this P2 is multiplier unlocked, is it possible to block some of the pins and connect others in order to set a higher default multiplier?

It is not in the BIOS, so I am wondering if I can do it manually

i don't know about blocking or joining pins.

do you know for sure it is unlocked?
