Help! my c633@950 2.05 V. gonna be fried?

I'm a newbie, so could you guys figure out how I should do next.

My System:
- C633 cC0 w/ solid thermoengine+delta fan+AS
- Iwill slocket II
- Tyan Tsunami BX Chipset
- 128 PC100
- open case cover
- room temp. 33 c. ,sorry no temp. sensor on board just read from wall thermometer.
- @950 (9.5x100) 2.05 V. stable w/ delta fan
- @800 (9.5x83) 1.7 V stable w/ any HSF
- no slapping
