Chipset and other temps

What is the IDEAL temp for the chipset and PSU? I know the ideal ones for the CPU but not too sure on these others. When I mean ideal temp, I mean without a pelt/water block on the damn things. No totally outrageous temps, just a good solid average temp that I could shoot for without spending 1000's of dollars on a damn vapochill or something. Thanks all!

lower is better my friend... how low can you go??...if your pc is still running then its not to high

cooling is the key . and if your key is a big one ... then you will do fine
