Just bought the darn thing Aug 20th. Here's what happened. Lately when I would boot up, the system would sometimes shut down. The only way to turn it back on would be to turn the switch on the psu off for a minute or two then back on. I could then start the system with no problems.

Well tonight I went to start my system same thing, only this time I couldn't get it back on. The mobo was getting power because the green LED was on, but I couldn't start the system.

So I ripped the thing out and put my old Enermax 350 back in and so far no problems.

Anyone else have this problem occur? The place I bought it from has a policy of no RMA's after 30days of purchase, I put in a request anyway, but if they deny it, am I hosed?

Thanks in advance for your help!

You can always get a replacement from us directly, since you're out of the dealer's RMA period.

Thanks Antec Rep! (I was hoping you were gonna reply)

Does this happen alot? Or did I just get a bad psu? Thanks again!

For your particular experience it's the first I've heard of.

Uh oh, I just built my system around 3 weeks ago and 2-3 times it has just completly shut off, had to turn of power switch for 20-30 secs. then it would restart and run fine. Hopefully mine doesn't die! It's also Antec true 430.
