The Unofficial Official BF1942 OC Group thread

So, I finally have my copy and after kicking some major hiney as the allied against the AI, I'm ready for some online action. I tried the [H] server as some of you recommended in the other thread, but not a soul was on to kil... errr... play against.:D

Anyway, is there going to be an official OC "squad" for BF1942? It was mentioned in the previous thread, but it didn't seem to really take form. Mainly what I'm concerned about is how we sould title our names, ie; (OC)Name, {O/C}Name, Name[O/C], etc..

Also, would be even better if we can get a official Roger Wilco, or (my favorite) Team Speak channel/server going as well. It would definetly give us a advantage if we get a large group on and play against some other team, or even just for fun.:D

I think the main problem is we do not have a set game time. so that must be decided.

I have not played Bf1942 for a while, been busy with other stuff. I'll be on the [H]server from time to time. While speaking to teammates would be nice, I cannot participate into that since my connection is barely enough to play games online, talking and sending/receiving even more data would make my ping go somewhere... High.

You'll find Single player demo, Multiplayer demo, mp demo patch, retail patch, and dedicated server version patches from that page.

If you want the demo, I'll suggest that get the multiplayer demo. Should still be many people playing it.
