Help! Im looking for a very silent Air-Cooling Solution for my Non-Overclocked ATI Radeon 7500. Any Ideas?

Are the Termaltake Chrome Orb or the offered GF4 coolers silent?

The TT crystal Orb is definetly not silent, its quite loud escpecially if you take the size of it into account. I think that the little copper TT heatsink should serve you quite well and since it has a lower speed fan it should be quieter (i dont have one so I dont know if it truly is 'silent'). Its called 'tiger', see it here (http://www.thermaltake.com/products/chipset/tiger.htm) but you will have to remove those clips from it and use Artic Alumina epoxy to stick it on... you should probably check the dimensions b4 you order it too but i dont think it will be too big.

This is a totally passive VGA cooler, if you want ultra quiet!!

Zalman ZM17CU VGA Chipset Cooler (SY-000-ZA)
the Zalman ZM17CU does not require a fan - thus reducing PC noise considerably. Utilising 14 copper fins to dissipate heat. The ZM17CU attaches to the VGA chipset by means of thermal epoxy alternatively Arctic silver thermal epoxy could be used for greater conductivity.
