MCX-4000 screw length?

Hey, I wanna replace the TMD fan on my MCX-4000 with a 80x38mm one, but I need to buy some longer screws. Anyone know how long they should be for this fan/heatsink combo?

Jeez, I read somewhere that to mount a 25mm thick fan you needed 6-32 by 2.5 inches long screws, so for a 38mm thick fan you need 6-32 by 3.0 inch long screws. Good luck.
