I do not know an address in the UK for you, but you can by them in Holland..That's close enough I think.

Most Deaf I live in the UK too and we are screwed ar'nt we. The only place in the UK that I found thats sells peltiers is wwwrs.com but they charge £75 for a 50W pelt.
I found this site which sells cheap pelts and a decent PSU but the b*****ds will charge you $25 US for shipping a 1oz package.They charge

$24.99=80W $34.99=122W $39.99=156W
