that's nothing. i hit over 750Mbit/sec by clicking on the BACK button :)
busted lol
that's a glitch on that test when you hit back instead of retest it doesn't download the file again so it reports insane connection speed.
just got a 143.8 kb/sec for a total of 1187kbps/217kbps up

DAMN THEY'VE FOUND ME OUT!
Hey how come sometimes when i hit the back button it calculates it as like negative 2 million killobits.
And could the back button method be used as a cache benchmark?

Its 2wire.com. There is no back button so you gotta right-click and select back. I got 136,000k :D

yeah, what Jawsome said. that's the one i use.
when it gives you a negative number it reloaded the file that your supposed to download before the timer started. therefore giving you a negative bandwith reading.
i would think your system ram would affect this test more then cache (as in DDR, RDRAM, SDRAM)
