Anywhere sell me a Celeron Tualatin tB1 for definite??

I'm looking to buy a new Celeron tualatin, the new tB1 stepping one. Does anyone know a site which can sell me one for definite?
I don't want to have to play the guessing game whilst I'm waiting for it to arrive.
