i know the basic concept of water cooling, but where can i find all the information i need to know. like, what to buy, what brands are best, what the best specs are, what all is needed. stuff like that,

i would say Danger den is the best! you might need a bigger case if you want it to go inside your case but if not then it would be ok. a full tower or one that i found has been good is the Enlight 72.. somthing dont remember but it is a mid-size. the maze 2 waterblock is realy good and it has a built in hold down that goes through pre-made holes in the mobo

Danger Den makes the good stuff. Millisec is a quality retailer. I spent two months studying every hardware site I could find on water cooling before I decided to try it. And then some time in a physics book. I would recommend you do the same.

Yes you can probably save a few bucks, but it will take additional time to get all the parts. I personally got a system from Tom Leufkens (www.leufkenstechnologies.com). It cost me $125, which is about $30-40 more than if I had bought cheaper parts and individually, but this kit had been favorably reviewed, was a snap to set up, and it's all pretty good stuff, and as a first system it's good to know that everything is supposed to fit and work.
