The trick with overclocking is testing new settings to determine stability and proceeding in small steps as you try for more. Tbirds can hit about 1.6 Ghz if cooled very well and overvolted. I'd think 1.4 - 1.5 would be more typical, but it'll depend on what kind of cooling and other hardware you have. As you increase the cpu's speed by raising the FSB, the cpu will get hotter. It may also require more cpu voltage in order to be stable. So heat is a big issue and you should keep tabs on what your cpu temperature is when the cpu is fully loaded. 145-150 may very well be possible if you can keep the cpu cool enough while supplying it with some extra voltage, and if the rest of your components can handle that speed.
To fully load your cpu and test for stability, try a program like Prime95 (www.aoafiles.com). keep tabs on your cpu temperature with something like Motherboard Monitor 5. You'll want to stay below 50C.
List off some of your hardware like motherboard, ram, psu, heatsink, etc... or better yet- add that kind of info into a signature by going to the User CP button and then the Edit Profile button.

I've had my 1.2gig t-bird up to 195fsb. Couldn't run 3dmark stable any faster than 190 though.
