BEFORE I BUY IT, WHAT DO U GUYS THINK

im in the process right no of building a smooth inside diameter flexible duct to run from my 12,500btu air conditioner. i am mounting 2 fans along the inside of the 8 foot duct to help flow where the 90 degree turn will be to enter the case.
i do know that when i turn the air conditioner on which is 8 feet away from my case that the temps drop at least 8c. if the duct causes temps to drop even more, i am going to buy a miniature room air conditioner that is portable and i believe they are smaller than my case! it will probably sit right up against my case with about a 5 to 10 inch duct. it will probably have speed settings im sure so i can minimize the electric bill lol.
any comments critsizm ideas welcome!!!

why cool something today that u can burn up tomorrow? lol

sounds like a pretty good idea to cool it. More practicle than refrigerater cooling IMHO.
