I just recieved a kit from tom leufkin 72watt tec for alpha 3125. and have installed the thing on my heatsink but Iam worried about condensation so I plugged it in to test it. the cold plate started freezing and I let it run for a while with no cpu and just the heatsink + fans deltas then I turned it off and the frost turned to water will the same thing happen when the cpu is on it? just don't want to buy a new cpu. do I need to use more silicon on it? help plz
