Let's see... 65 watts at default speed/voltage and 80mm square = .81W/ square mm.
t-bird 1.4ghz 72W and about 100 square mm. or about .72W/ square mm.
Yeah, they're hot. Even though they put out more per square millimeter than t-birds, they'll probably be cooler simply because of good heatsinks and fewer watts. But not by much. The good news is that they'll be cooler than the 2200's.

yeah, my guess would be hot, but not quite as blazing as an old overclocked and overjuiced tbird
