I've got an Enermax 350W psu

my system is as follows

Thunderbird 1.0 @ 1.47 (8.5X175)
Abit GF 4 ti4200 64 meg card o/c to 300/600
20 HD
52X cd rom
1 stick of Kingmax 256 DDR ram
6 case fans (3 intake, 3 exhaust)

now my voltages are as follows:

3.3V line = low of 2.88 high of 3.00
5V line = low of 4.81 high of 4.95
12V = low of 12.04 high of 12.48

why is my 3.3 and 5 line so low?

I have not had any problems with my system crashing, but I do know something is wrong.. should I upgrade my PSU?

what power supply would you suggest?

please help!!

TIA!

ur voltages are just fine. u should panic when u wud see 4.70something on ur 5v. and like u said, ur running stable so theres no need to worry.

what does the 3.3V line power anyway? is there some kind of FAQ that explains what the 3.3V line powers, what the 5V line powers, etc.. I'm very interested in knowing more about those things.

I'm also wondering if the Enermax PSU are adjustable? I read in other forums that some of the PSU can be modded to pump out more power..

3.3v gives power to the agp, and probably ram. if u wanna know about psu's give the stickies at the cases and power supplies forum a read.

enermax psu's can be modded, yes. but pots? i dont think so.
