1.2 @ 1.4ish 156w pelt do the job?

I hope A 156w pelt will cool my 1.2@1.4ish. Im running a water cooled system and would like my temps to be around 38-45c loaded. Will this TEC do the job?

I would think that watercooling would do that job. Have you tried it yet? If you have, what temps are you getting now? I'm gonna say that a 156W tec will get you pretty close, if not below, ambient.
