one of my friends have a p4 1.7 w? 128 ddr ram, how far should he o/c this *safely* without burning it out within 12months.

what speed ddr ? what are his current temps? what mobo need some more info here man.... what stock voltage? as far as life it really depends on temps a lot. The volts will make it more and more stable but more and more hotter.
