To late to Partition??????

I very ignorantly installed my o/s on 1 120 gig partition, i wanted at least 2 partitions. One just for o/s and one for progs, one for storage all on the array. Now of course i installed all my programs and games and o/s on the 1 partition. I wanted to create more partitions on the drive without formatting,,is this possible?? I really would like the best config from u guys and what your running with your raid 0 array. Should i just run the o/s on a 2 gig partition,,is that the quickest?? by the way im running winxpcorp. thx again
