Ok for all you people using Windows XP and Nvidia based Graphic cards Microsoft has released a driver update which is about 4.5 mb and after installing has given me an extra 250 so points on my 3d benchmark scores.
Does the Microsoft driver support OpenGL? Probably not...at 4.5M, it sounds more like some type of DX patch...

Yep, I would not trust them. The default ones on Windows XP do not support Open GL. I would stick to drivers straight from nVidia.
Anyone have any links to information or where to download the patch? (searching Microsoft's site for something you don't know the exact title of is almost impossible).

How fitting, for Microsoft to cut out the bloat in someone else's program...
