ok guys this is very bad if ive completly screwed up...

i have a

agoia 1600xp 0213 Y lol so to say the least if in fact i did screw up on this would be VERY BAD!!!

ok when i turn it on.. it posts as a 1700.. even when i raise or lower the multi.. only way to OC is by FSB.. im going to redo the whole unlock soon.. what do u guys think the prob is?

definitely sounds like a problem with your unlock - completely clean off your original unlock and before redoing it make sure that it is OK when you boot up. Then do the unlock again

i heard 100 percent alcohol is good to use for cleaning. my brother used to use it but i dont know where he got it at.

i use nail polish remover.. hmm so what do u guys think the prob might be in the filling or connecting?3

P.S lol umm u do know this is the number one OCer right ;) lol im not giving this baby up for anything..

i know thats why i want it lol. i was stupid when i bought my duron but its running really good. i should have bought the 1600+ i didnt really have thew money to spend on the cpu. i should have gotten it anyway. oh well

hmm i think i cleaned it off but i think i still see some of the defogger on in the gaps.. but not sure cause its the same color as the other briges.. any way to clean out inside the gaps? btw now it posts as a XP 1456 or something like that.. not a good sign i take it huh lol.. going to try and reunlock it.. if it has to run at something i would rather it run at xp 1700 LOL

ok good and bad.. umm well now it thinks its a XP 1800 lol god dam it... i can mess with the multi to but its weird it doesnt go the way its supposed to.. u think maybe i didnt connect a brige completly?

hmm lol its running VERY smoothly right now.. and shows as a xp 1800 in cpuid.. im happy and sad.. happy cause its oced to 1800 status but sad cause i know this baby could do a lot better if i could just get it unlocked!!!
