My GlobalWin FOP38 worked VERY nicely after I lapped it. I think you can get them for around 30 bucks nowadays. It's loud tho with the Delta 38 on it but I learned to tune out that sound easily so I never get bothered by the loud fans anymore. Loud = MUCH better performance!!

If you want less noise than the FOP38, then go with the FOP 32, should be able to get them for like $15, it works great for durons, although its not quite as good as the FOP38.
