Looking to get into my first mod..

My first mod is prolly going to be a window.. like everyone else.. I heard I could get everything i needed at home depot.. I would like some more feedback on that.. i belive i am going to go with glass or clear arcryllic with on front with black molding.. can i get the molding at home depot?

You can get the acrylic at Home Depot, as well as Liquid Nails to attach the window to the case.

I picked up C moulding from an autoparts store (LordCo).

If you wanted to go with a window held on by the H type moulding, I have heard some people get that type from Glass/Window shops.

The C strip stuff just goes over the edge of the metal (Around window hole), and the acrylic would be cut about an inch larger all around and attached on the inside.

The H type moulding (Don't know it's actual name) sticks onto the edge of the metal (around window hole) and the acrylic would stick into the other part of the H. So in this case the actual window is cut a small bit smaller than the actual hole.
