Best $125 vid card?

Selling my old system again. Gonna upgrade.
Going with a AMD 1600 chip. Epox 8K2... board. Wondering what is the best $125 card. Might go a wee bit higher if it's worth it.

Best card for 125 or lower is the Radeon 8500 128mb LE....though if youre willing to spend 125 you may want to give out an extra 10$ to get the 5-10% performance gain with a Geforce 4 Ti4200....
