Turnaround time for a Millenium Glaciator?

Has anyone asked them how long it would take from time of order to delivery given their current state of backorder? They refer to a week to 10 days on their home page but I was wondering if anyone has actually emailed and asked.

I'm not sure but I'm trying to talk my Dad into buying one so I can overclock his T-Bird 1.2gig. Right now he has a super mini orb on it and I dont want to even try to overclock it with that thing on there! The temps arent very consistant at all with that thing.

I emailed them yesterday and they said if I ordered then it would be shipped on Friday next week. I'm assuming they were just estimating but it gives an idea of the turnaround time.

No, not really. You have to bear in mind that at the moment there is a back log of orders and more being placed all the time. When he has cleared the back orders and new orders I'm sure his shipping time will be decreased.

I would hazard a guess that if you bought one and it failed before he got current with recent orders that he would replace yours before filling a new order because you had already purchased - of course I can't speak for Andy but that is what I would do, it's just sound business practice.
