2.8GHz motherboard choice!

Just got my brand new 2.8GHz PiV yesterday... specs below, but have the following choices of boards to run the CPU in.

I have both boards already, just need some advise on which one to actually use for this overclock. I'll be using a brand new 512MB stick of XMS3200C2 for the RAM. Definetly want to get over 3GHz! and should be able to manage atleast 3.1-3.2GHz I'm thinking. I'll also be using the Taisol Heatpipe HS&F with AS. Also, are there any known issues with the Radeon 9700 Pro which is the vid card I will be using.

I'm thinking of building a rig for someone with the p4b533....so that would be my pic for you.

the p4s533 might hold you back since it has no pci lock.

if you have a good PSU then you should have no problems with the video card.

Thanks for the reply bro. I have a 550w PS so thats good news to me :) I did'nt know that the P4B533 had a PCI lock on it, must investigate further I guess. My P4B is not a -E or -G just a plain jane.

Have her @ 143FSB - 3GHz at default vcore,

Gonna run the standard barrage of tests and see how she takes the ride!
