Defragmenting with large files

I have many 600 MB+ files on my computer and disk degragmenter will often tell me that it can't move them. Even if I have the 15% which would be like 4 - 5 GB free in each drive. What can I do that will allow disk defrag to move these files around?

P.S.
Since files are stored in clusters, I see no reason for the file-size limitation.
