what does this this mean ram module 2.5-3-3, its off of corsair's web page

can anyone explain what this means, thanks to any future help

It's the "Memory Timing"

Now for what each # means exactly, and what it controls I don't know.

You'll have to look further for that info.

The lower the #'s the faster the memory runs. (the better)
2-2-2 is faster than 2.5-2-2
