I recently put my stock Celeron HSF onto my vid card. I think the article I got the idea from was on the main page at one time.
Basically you drill two holes in the HSF that correspond with the mounting holes of the card, then use two self tapping screws and screw them into the two holes in the HSF when it is on the card.
It took about 5 mins including measuring, drilling and and screwing. And it helped my temps too. I don't have any pics as my sister has my dig. camera.
I will be putting a pelt on my other vid card soon. I will be using an 80W for the GPU, and just for overkill, a 156W on the video ram. So long as I support the weight of the cooling by something other then the AGP slot, I shouldn't break anything. :)
