Help Plz, how to fix hsf on North Bridge?

Hello guys, can you help me to do it?

Now I've AS II and a North Bridge Hsf used to cool a 440BX on a P3B-F, but on my Mobo I've not the hole to fix directly on it and the only way is to do a mix of AS II and glue.
Many guys suggest me Superglue, but I'm not from USA, can you explain me what kind of glue it's?
Is it right glue based on "cyanacrilate"?

Probably the best stuff to use is Arctic Silver epoxy. But, Superglue or any really good two-part epoxy (where you have to mix two things together) will also work. The glue or epoxy is applied with a little dab on each corner and then the thermal paste fills in the middle.

SuperGlue, Crazy Glue, even most glues for those fake nails women put on, they are all the same. They are all based on cyanoacrylate. You would be much better off using Arctic Silver Epoxy, though.

now I need absolutly to cool my chipset and I Can do it :-)
here ambient temp is arond 26-27C and NorthBridge is @full load with Folding@Home 33-34C also having 3x80 fans that sucks "fresh" air into the case, and 1x120 & 1x80 that blow out hot air.
